Terms for using GPT Image 2 services

By accessing or using GPT Image 2 (gptimage2.today), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use GPT Image 2.
GPT Image 2 provides prompt-to-image generation workflows, account services, subscription billing, and credits-based usage management for production-oriented creative teams.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You are also responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized use is reported promptly.
GPT Image 2 billing is processed through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan.
Credits are distributed according to plan terms and billing events. Credit balances, rollover behavior, and expiration rules follow the policy defined for your active subscription. Abuse, charge fraud, or repeated payment failures may lead to restricted access.
You agree not to use GPT Image 2 for unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity. Prohibited behavior includes attempts to bypass access controls, disrupt service operations, automate abuse, or violate applicable laws.
You are responsible for reviewing generated output before use, especially in commercial contexts. This includes checking legal compliance, trademark conflicts, rights clearance, and any required disclosures for your market.
GPT Image 2 platform code, branding, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. User-submitted prompts and generated outputs are subject to platform policies and applicable law.
GPT Image 2 may update features, pricing, credit behavior, or infrastructure over time. We aim for high reliability, but service interruptions can occur due to maintenance, provider outages, abuse mitigation, or force majeure.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, security risks, fraud, or operational abuse. We may also suspend service temporarily to protect platform integrity.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, GPT Image 2 is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or fitness for every use case.
We may revise these Terms when product behavior, legal requirements, or billing policies change. Updated terms become effective when published on this page.
